2024-2025 Permit Valid Dates

  • Annual Permits: August 19, 2024, to August 15, 2025.
  • Academic Year Permits: Off-Campus Park n' Ride: August 19, 2024, to May 23, 2025.
  • UA Employee – Payroll deduction Auto Renewal Permits: Valid from point of purchase until the customer requests cancellation.

The cost and refunds of permits is prorated on a biweekly basis, starting from the effective date of the permit.

Off Campus Park 'n Ride Lots- 9004/9007

Allows parking in the assigned lot (Lots 9004, 9007) and board the Cat Tran bus to ride into campus. Overnight parking prohibited.$105

Orange Route Boarding PassAllows individuals without a parking permit for lots 9004 and 9007 to access Cat Tran to ride into campus. No vehicle parking in lot allowed.$50

Permit price and refunds are prorated bi-weekly at approximately 4%. Due to the different permit types and prices, the prorated price will be displayed online at the point of purchase. To Cancel a Permit:

Email PTS-ParkingInformation@email.arizona.edu on the day you want the permit cancelled. We cannot accept requests for future dates. In the Subject Line write Permit Cancellation Request, include your Parking Location, ID number, and NetID. A Customer Relations Specialist will contact you to complete the cancellation.

Where to return canceled RFID units and PBC garage access card:

You must return the RFID unit or PBC garage key card to the locations listed below the signature. Failure to return these items will result in a $50 replacement fee.

  • Parking & Transportation Services lobby, 1117 E. Sixth St., Tucson.
  • Cashier booth at Second Street Parking Garage, Tucson.
  • Drop boxes near the old cashier booths at Highland, Sixth Street and South Stadium parking garages.
  • Option to mail the RFID unit or PBC garage access card to:

UA Employee Payroll Deduction – Auto Renew
The price of the permit is deducted bi-weekly by payroll deduction. Auto Renewal Permits are valid from the point of purchase until the customer requests cancellation
Refunds are not applicable. Payroll deductions cover the two-week period prior to the deduction at a fixed amount, regardless of the cancellation date. Cancelling a permit only stops future payroll deductions.
UA Student Bursar Transfer
The permit price is transferred to the student’s bursar account. The permit must be renewed every year.
The refund amount will be issued back to the student’s bursar account.
Credit/Debit Card
The permit price is paid at the time of purchase in one single payment. The permit must be renewed each year.
The refund amount will be issued to the same credit card used at initial purchase.
Cash or Check
In-office transaction. The permit price is paid at the time of purchase in one single payment. The permit must be renewed each year.
The refund amount will be issued back to the individual by check.
